At the end of the day, the right technology goes a long way in determining how successful you will be.
  2. Give employees incentives – It is also smart to give employees incentives to shoot for. For example, the ability to move up the corporate ladder is important. If too many workers feel as if they are stuck with nowhere to move up, some may decide to call it quits and leave. You want to make it possible so they can grow and achieve more at your company. This includes the ability to make more money, increase responsibilities and more. Always look for opportunities to make incentives part of the game plan.
