CLAT 2021 Admit Card Release Dates
It has been announced that the CLAT 2021 Admit Card will be released between the 1st and 2nd week of July 2021, post the finalization of the examination centre. In 2021, CLAT will continue with the paper and pen format, where everyone has to attend it at the designated offline centres.
However, due to the fluctuating scenario in the country amidst the pandemic, all admit cards need to be downloaded from the official CLAT portal. No physical admit cards will be sent out for the CLAT 2021 exam. Instead, all students have to carry the printout version of the downloadable CLAT 2021 Admit Card.
How to Download CLAT 2021 Admit card?
Students need to log in to the official CLAT portal using the registered mobile number and password they fill in the application form. The designated conducting body of the CLAT has only one official website to access the admit card.
Every student has to log in via the official CLAT portal. Once the student logs into their registered account, the hall ticket will be visible clearly along with the instruction on the bottom that reads “Print Admit Card.”
The downloadable version of the CLAT 2021 Admit card will contain important information like their photo identification, roll numbers, designated examination centres, scheduled examination time, and date. It will also state whether the student appears for the UG or PG courses.
It is advised to collect the CLAT 2021 admit cards as early as possible to avoid any issues. In rare cases, there can be slight discrepancies in the admit card. Spelling mistakes or mistakes in dates, venues, or even categories need to be immediately rectified.
CLAT 2021 Format and Rules
Scheduled to be held on July 23rd between 2 PM to 4 PM at various official exam centres across the nation, CLAT 2021 will only be available to attend offline. First announced in December 2020, the enrollment for the exam began on January 1st of 2020.
While the final call for filling the application ended on June 15th of 2021, the fee submission via offline mode was extended by 2 days until June 17th, 2021. The CLAT Application Fee for General/OBC/PwD/NRI/PIO/OCI category is 4,000 INR, and for the SC/ST/BPL category, it is 3,500 INR that was payable via NEFT/ Challan
Scheduled to be held on 23rd July 2021 in 84 cities across the nation, students also had the option of changing their centres this year. However, the last scheduled date for the change of centre is July 4th of 2021. Centres chosen on the last day will be the final allocated locations where the students will have to take their exams.
